NPQ Leading Behaviour and Culture (NPQLBC) - learn how to create a culture of good behaviour and high expectations in which staff and pupils thrive.

Leadership NPQs:
Can help you develop your leadership skills or progress to a leadership role:
- NPQ Senior Leadership (NPQSL) - develop your leadership knowledge and expertise to improve outcomes for teachers and pupils in your school.
- NPQ Headship(NPQH) - develop the knowledge behind expert school leadership and apply it to become an outstanding headteacher.

NPQ Executive Leadership (NPQEL) - develop the expertise needed to be an outstanding leader, leading improvements across a group of schools or multi-academy trust.

NPQ Early Years Leadership (NPQEYL) - develop expertise in leading early years education and staff and organisational management.

NPQ for Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators (SENCOs) (NPQ for SENCOs) ***NEW for Autumn 24*** - the mandatory course for special educational needs co-ordinators to learn how to effectively perform the SENCO role.
This NEW NPQ will enable SENCOs to gain essential knowledge and skills to perform their role effectively and set the strategic direction of special educational needs policy in a school. This course will replace the NASENCO course from September 24.

Early headship coaching offer (EHCO):
If you are in your first 5 years of headship, you may also be eligible for the early headship coaching offer.
This targeted one-year support package has been tailored to the needs of new headteachers. It provides un-assessed structured support, coaching and networking opportunities based on the best available evidence about what makes an effective headteacher.
To take the early headship coaching offer, you need to be doing or have done the headship NPQ and be in your first five years of headship.
NPQs are developed in collaboration with the sector, informed by the best available research and evidence endorsed by the Education Endowment Foundation.
Each NPQ is underpinned by a content framework that sets out what participants should know and be able to do after completing an NPQ. NPQ training providers use these frameworks to design their courses.
If you pass your NPQ, you can access your teaching qualifications to get your certificate.
