Becoming an ECF Facilitator

Are you interested in becoming a facilitator on our Early Career Programme?

The role of early career programme facilitator offers the opportunity to contribute to professional development and to the wider effectiveness of teaching and school leadership across the HISP regions.

Using the evidence-based curriculum and training materials provided by Education Development Trust our team of facilitators work directly with participants by delivering training sessions in locations across the HISP TSH regions.

You can find out more about EDTs professional development programme for early career teachers here

Typically, ECF facilitators will be required to plan and deliver one full or half-day session per term to either early career teachers (ECTs) or their mentors. Sessions are either delivered by one facilitator or by a team of two depending on participant numbers.
